We understand that one approach to training and help with work placement does not work with everyone. Everyone has their own unique background and experience. It is important that we optimise and tailor-make our services to the individual concerned. In particular, the provision of flexible options which allow individuals to take on training and placement in a flexible manner especially if they have time commitment to other tasks. In our recent work with companies, two approaches have proved successful.

In-study projects
These projects offer an excellent opportunity for students studying at college or school to work with companies while they study. The work can contribute towards your academic project as well serve commercial interests of collaborating company.

Placement projects
These projects involve candidates gaining work experience at host organisation's offices. Placement projects provide a unique experience to the candidate and are often their first real world employment experience.
